The secret ingredients are of the highest quality ingredients Europe has to offer. European flours and baked goods are world renown.

Ordering

How to place an order for Chimney Cake Oven:

  1. Choose the oven-kit suitable for your needs.
  2. Send us an e-mail or message from contact form with the following data: • the oven-kit you chose and model (110V or 220V) • your full name / company name • your full address • e-mail • phone number • exact delivery address • payment method - bank transfer or PayPal.
  3. We will relay you our shipping costs' for your approval.
  4. If you chose bank transfer, we will send you Performa Invoice for the payment. If you chose PayPal, we will send you Money Request by e-mail.

Payment

We accept bank transfers, VISA, MasterCard and PayPal payments without any additional fees. Shop with peace of mind using PayPal with Buyer Protection. The goods will be shipped right after we receive the whole payment for the order.

Terms of Delivery

When you specify your shipping address we will offer you exact price and terms for the delivery. We typically use UPS for USA and Canada Shipping otherwise DHL Express Worldwide shipping and transit time may vary between 1 and 5 days depending on the destination. All of our oven-packs, accessories are always IN-STOCK but from time to time we sell out but restocking doesn’t take long and so back orders will be shipped one day after re-stocking after the payment confirmation. We reserve our rights not to send the Chimney Cake Mix Sample for countries with specific food regulations. Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check in your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
